Deadline

Abstract submissions are due by September 15, 2026. Use the form on the right or submit via email to info@academyofbusinessresearch.com. Abstracts must include all authors, institutional affiliation, and email information. Acceptance decisions will be made no later than September 22, 2026.

The Conference

ABR has simultaneous sessions in a variety of business disciplines going on throughout the day. One of the primary advantages to our conference is that the peer-reviewed proceedings are abstract only. This allows the full papers presented at the conference to still be published in an academic journal without copyright issues. The conference allows a friendly forum for presenters to bounce ideas and gain constructive feedback that can then be used to enhance the full paper. Many papers presented at past ABR conferences have subsequently been published in top tier journals in their field. 

Virtual Presentations

Presentations may be made virtually. Our last few conferences have had participants present virtually from all over the world!

Conference Presentation Tracks

Faculty, researchers, doctoral students, and practitioner–scholars are invited to submit completed papers, works in progress, teaching cases, instructional innovations, and applied research aligned with one of the following tracks:

AI and Cryptocurrency

Research exploring artificial intelligence applications, blockchain and digital ledger technologies, cryptocurrency markets, digital governance, automation, and ethical implications of emerging technologies.

Management and Entrepreneurship

Research examining leadership, organizational behavior, inclusive management practices, innovation ecosystems, small business development, startup formation, and entrepreneurial strategy.

Marketing

Research in consumer behavior, branding, digital and social media strategy, sustainability and ethics in marketing, cultural influence in consumption, and marketplace communication.

Accounting

Research involving financial reporting, auditing, fraud detection, ESG and DEI reporting standards, accounting information systems, regulatory frameworks, and professional ethics.

Finance

Research in corporate finance, capital markets, valuation, behavioral finance, investment strategy, institutional finance, and financial access across diverse communities.

Economics

Research in applied microeconomics, macroeconomic policy, labor and health economics, community economic development, resource allocation, and policy evaluation with societal impact.

MIS and Data Analytics

Research in data modeling, predictive and prescriptive analytics, information systems strategy, data-informed decision-making, and analytics integration across organizational settings.

Proceedings

Conference proceedings are abstract only and are peer reviewed publications, so that you may submit your completed manuscripts to one of our journals or any other journal. The Academy of Business Research publishes four academic journals. All articles are double blind, peer reviewed.
